So I have dealt with some debt collectors in my time not because I can't pay the bill just that the billing structure of the healthcare system can be very confusing and sometimes seems shady which is when I let it go to collections. Essentially, if they are going to make it difficult for me I will make it difficult for them and let it go to collections (seems to be my only recourse). I know this is a bit off from the normal reviews for this place but I found them to be friendly and helpful for a debt collection service. We had a dispute with a sleezy urgent care that charged us a bunch of extra money than what was agreed to and they actually called the company and got the priced reduced closer to what we agreed to which I had tried to do with the company and they refused which is why I let it go to collections.
