Aaron Newell, Founder and CEO of AR Solutions

Aaron is a Native Nebraskan, moved to Lincoln to attend college and earned his paralegal studies degree from Lincoln School of Commerce. Aaron began in the collection industry in 1996 working closely with the agency owner and the legal team. He founded AR Solutions in 2005 with the following value and mission statements: If you have integrity, nothing else matters; if you do not have integrity, nothing else matters. Our mission statement is: We exist to provide the most professional, ethical, and innovative collection solutions for our clients. AR Solutions does retail, commercial, and has a specialty niche division that concentrates on medical collection. In his off-time Aaron enjoys working out, hunting, and watching his three girls play competitive travel softball.

Cheryl Widhalm

Cheryl Widhalm is an experienced Operations Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the collections industry for over 20 years. She is professionally skilled in Operations Management, Negotiation, Skip Tracing, Human Resources, and the Civil Litigation Process. Cheryl’s career in collections began in 1996 since then she has held positions at three different agencies as well as a role as a consumer credit counselor. Cheryl believes in honesty, integrity, and professionalism whether it comes to our employees, clients, or the consumers we deal with daily. In Cheryl’s free time she enjoys cooking, creating stained glass pieces, and spending time with her children and dogs. 

Danielle Savington

Attorney Danielle Savington is a 2009 graduate of University of Nebraska, College of law. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Bellevue University in Human Service and Non-profit Administration. Danielle joined AR Solutions in 2015 as their civil contract litigator, she also practices as Court Appointed Counsel in Juvenile Court matters. Born in Texas, Danielle grew up around US Air Force bases all over the world before settling in Nebraska as a teenager and making Nebraska her permanent home. Although she spends most of her time working, she finds time to cheer for her kid’s extracurricular activities, volunteer with non-profits she supports, and to laugh at the antics of her ridiculous pets. Her personal motto is inspired by Audrey Hepburn; “Nothing is impossible. The word itself is I’m possible.” With that in mind, Danielle and her team of paralegals and legal assistants, Julie C., Maria O., and Jennifer M. continually work to ensure the best outcomes possible. Something about Danielle most don’t know is she is also a published novelist.
