Job Title: Asset recovery specialist
Salary Range: Competitive hourly wage along with commission and bonus structure
Hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8-4:30, Wednesday 8-7 and Friday 8-2:30
Position Summary : The asset recovery specialist position is responsible for making outgoing phone calls as well as taking incoming phone calls to collect in past due debts as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respectfully overcome stalls and objections to obtain payment in full or assist in finding alternate sources to pay the debt in full.
- Conducting an in-depth investigation when necessary to find the correct party or assets
- Update all demographic information when the party is reached.
- Ability to multitask is a must!
- Ability to work professionally with our clients in a team effort to resolve outstanding balances.
- Summarize your investigation.
- Strong verbal communication skills and problem solving skills are essential
- Extensive phone and computer skills required
